Inulin, or fructooligosaccharide (FOS), is a soluble prebiotic fiber that is resistant to digestion.

Inulin has a pleasant taste that adds a slight sweetness to foods and drinks, but has a very low glycemic index and does not negatively affect serum glucose levels.

Natural colour variations may occur in this product.

How to use:

Take 1 level teaspoon 1 to 3 times daily. Mix with your favorite drink or food. Start with 1 teaspoon daily and slowly increase the dose to reduce gastrointestinal discomfort.
Recommended daily dose: 3 teaspoons (12 g).

Ingredients:

Inulin (FOS; from blue agave).
May contain: yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, eggs, fish, crustaceans, nuts or sesame.
