Agave syrup, also known as "Aguamiel" originates from South America, where it is widely used to prepare various drinks.
It has a high fructose content, 86-93%, with a sweetening power similar to sucrose in brown cane sugar. The product is obtained from selected raw materials and processed through carefully controlled technologies.
The product is not, does not contain and is not obtained with genetically modified organisms, according to the regulations in force.
Way of ussage:
Agave syrup can be used to sweeten yogurt, desserts, ice cream, juices or jams, being an ideal substitute for sugar or honey when preparing drinks or syrups. The fructose content also recommends it as an ingredient for bakery products.
