Food supplement containing 99% pure psyllium fiber. It comes in the form of a water-soluble powder.
The psyllium ( Plantago Ovata Forsk. , tegumentum seminis) contained in the product is useful for: - promoting regular intestinal transit.

Ingredients
99% pure psyllium fibre ( Plantago ovata Forsk. , tegumentum seminis), acidifier: citric acid, flavourings, emulsifier: soy lecithin, pink grapefruit juice, sweetener: sucralose, colouring: beetroot red, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.
Contains soy .

How to use
Fiber should be taken with adequate amounts of water: pour the contents of one sachet into a glass (200 ml), fill with still water, stir well for a few seconds and drink immediately.

Warnings
Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Take the product at least two hours before or two hours after taking medications. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
