Pure Lemon Balm essential oil, 10ml, Steaua Divina

Composition:
Lemon balm volatile oil obtained by steam distillation of the plant's leaves.

How to use:
Internal use: insomnia that often accompanies menopausal disorders, gastric and cardiac neuroses, palpitations and heart pain, hormonal imbalances, antiallergic, high blood pressure, menstrual disorders,
nausea, vomiting, flatulence, dyspepsia, dysentery, fever, migraine, rheumatism, premenstrual syndrome, hypermenorrhea, menopausal disorders, migraines, flu, herpes, shingles, angina pectoris, abdominal cramps.
Internal use: 2-4 drops of oil diluted in honey 2-3 times/day.

External use: herpes, fungal infections, anxiety, irritability, nervous depression, insomnia, migraine, joint pain, impure skin and blemishes, peripheral circulatory failure (phlebitis, varicose veins), toothache, calluses, itching, burns, edema after insect bites, cough, hoarseness, bronchitis.

External use:
- baths - 10 drops/bath dissolved in a solvent (shower gel, liquid soap, bath foam),
- massage - 2-3 drops incorporated into massage oil or 100ml of alcohol (rubbing in case of colds),
- aromatherapy - 3-5 drops in 50 ml of water,
- inhalations - 8 drops per 100 ml of hot water, for bronchial asthma and cough,
- mouthwash - eliminates bad breath.

Contraindications:
It is prohibited to use by pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 1 year of age, people with epilepsy, people with serious health problems or respiratory allergies.
Avoid overdose!
