Rhodiola, 120 capsules, Herbagetica
Description
Rhodiola, 120 capsules, Herbagetica
Properties:
It reduces metabolic and mental stress, combats anxiety and nervousness, reduces fatigue, improves memory, regulates the menstrual cycle, stabilizes endocrine function.
The standardized extract in salidroside 1% contains a series of chemical reagents that increase the body's ability to adapt to metabolic stress (fluctuations in cholesterol, blood sugar, blood pressure fluctuations, decreased immunity, hormonal dysfunctions) as well as to mental stress (decreased performance work, sleep disorders, low appetite, irritability, hypertension, headaches and fatigue). Also, standardization with 3% rozavine, according to scientific research, leads to a visible improvement of anxiety and nervousness associated with the presence of stress and nervous system disorders.

I bought it because I was intrigued by the excellent technical specifications, particularly the standardized extract and the value of the package. I tend to be skeptical about supplements, and even in this case, I have to admit that I didn’t notice any tangible effects or that “game-changer” I was hoping for regarding my daily fatigue. However, I firmly believe that the response to this kind of natural product is extremely subjective. The fact that it didn’t work for me—perhaps due to my own personal resistance or a complete lack of psychological conditioning—doesn’t mean at all that the product can’t work for other people. Each of us has a unique biological response. If you’re curious to test the effects of rhodiola on your body, I believe this specific version is still a worthwhile option to try in order to assess your own individual response.
