Buckthorn tea, 50 g, Dacia Plant

Properties:

Ingredients:
Sea buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides) - fruits.

Administration method:
Internally - the powder - the plant is ground with an electric grinder. Take one teaspoon of powder four times a day. The powder is either held under the tongue or chewed for 10-15 minutes (after which it is swallowed with water), or added to a spoonful of honey.
Cold maceration - prepare a spoonful of the herb added to 250 ml of water (one cup), keep for 6 hours at room temperature, and then strain. Administer 3 cups of macerated per day.
Infusion - prepare a spoonful of the plant added to 250 ml of boiling water (a cup), keep for 10-15 minutes at room temperature, and then strain. Administer 3 cups of infusion per day.
