How to use
Shake before use. To reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, we recommend taking a dose (0.09 ml) equivalent to 1 mg of melatonin, sprayed under the tongue, before bedtime.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. As a natural product, it may cause slight sedimentation. Contains polyols: excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
