Bayer Santé Euphytose Nuit LP 1.9 mg 15 Extended-Release Tablets is a food supplement based on melatonin and plants to contribute to a better night's sleep. Thanks to its bi-layered tablet, it delivers:

A fast-release, appropriate dose of 1 mg of melatonin can help reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect on sleep onset is achieved by taking 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime. California poppy and valerian help promote optimal relaxation.
This extended-release formula contains valerian to help maintain quality sleep and optimal relaxation, and 0.9 mg of melatonin. The melatonin is released over at least 8 hours.

Without dependence or habituation, this food supplement allows for waking up without drowsiness.
