How to use:
Height adjustment
The height adjustment piece is removed.
This piece has a metal shaft that locks the two sections of the crutch.
The inner section, the one with the rubber shock absorber, goes inside the upper section, the one with the forearm support. In both sections, there are holes through which the height adjustment part's shaft is inserted.
With the adjustment piece removed, the two sections slide relative to each other so that the length of the crutch increases or decreases.
When you obtain the desired length, insert the shaft of the adjustment piece through the through holes, locking the crutch at the chosen length.
Optimal crutch height adjustment: user in vertical position with arm extended at side.
The crutch is in a vertical position with the shock absorber on the floor.
The support handle should come below the elbow.
The crutch support handle should be positioned under the elbow when the user is in a vertical position with the arm extended at the side of the body, and the crutch is vertical with the rubber tip on the floor.

Maintenance:
Do not use corrosive solvents or abrasive materials.
Wash with warm water and detergent using a soft sponge.
Rinse with cold water and wipe off excess water with a soft, dry cloth.
Store in a hygienic place.
