More specifically, it is a source of calcium and phosphorus and of course rich in vitamin d which are essential for healthy bone development, as well as a source of iron, which contributes to the normal cognitive development of infants. \ \ instructions for use: \ \ \ wash your hands and all utensils thoroughly with soap and water. rinse everything with clean water to remove any traces of detergent. \ boil all clean utensils for at least 5 minutes, add the bottle nipple and boil them for another 5 minutes. \ boil clean drinking water for at least 5 minutes, let it cool to 40 oc \ put the correct amount of water in the bottle (see feeding dosage table) \ always use the measuring cup on the package and remove the excess amount with the flat cutter on the package. \ add the correct amount of powder to the bottle (see feeding dosage table) and shake well until the powder is completely dissolved. \ taste the milk and if it is lukewarm, feed your baby. \ always use freshly made milk and never milk left over from previous meals. \ \
