Hans Karrer MicroSilver products were specially developed for the care of sensitive and dry skin, offering high quality and proven skin compatibility. The addition of fine microsilver protects the skin from unwanted germs. Skin-compatible lipid structures and glycerin support the skin's natural regeneration processes and help keep it supple and nourished. Fragrances, conventional emulsifiers, mineral oils, and lanolin are deliberately omitted to improve compatibility. Due to the microsilver content, all products have a slight silvery-gray tint, which is characteristic but harmless. The excellent skin compatibility of Hans Karrer MicroSilver products is dermatologically tested and proven. They can be used on children from 1 year of age.

Application and recommended care routines

Hans Karrer Lipolotion MicroSilver is suitable for the large-area care of dry skin and is applied to the affected areas once or several times a day. For very dry skin, Lipocreme MicroSilver offers more intensive, replenishing care and is also applied once or several times a day. Hans Karrer Hand Repair MicroSilver should be applied several times a day before and after work; after washing hands, the cream is first applied to the backs of the hands, rubbed together, and then thoroughly massaged into the hands, fingertips, and between the fingers. The Silver Cleansing Gel is lathered onto damp skin, gently massaged in, and rinsed thoroughly with water. The Hydrocreme MicroSilver is applied once or twice a day to oily, acne-prone skin that requires care. The Pigmentcreme MicroSilver, available in light or dark shades, is applied evenly to the face and neck after cleansing and moisturizing, either to partially cover blemishes or as makeup. The Cremepaste MicroSilver is applied to the affected areas of skin once or several times a day and is easily washed off.

The Silver Cleansing Gel contains silver chloride with antibacterial properties, panthenol to soothe the skin, and allantoin to moisturize. The MicroSilver Hydrocreme moisturizes without leaving a greasy residue and is designed for oily, acne-prone skin. The MicroSilver Tinted Pigment Creams mattify, cover redness and acne lesions, and contain natural pigments. The MicroSilver Cream Paste with zinc oxide and titanium dioxide absorbs excess moisture, has a moisture-retaining effect, and leaves the skin feeling pleasantly soft.

Instructions for use on sensitive skin

For the application of Hans Karrer Hand Repair MicroSilver, it is recommended to wash hands beforehand with a mild, soap-free skin cleanser, to avoid hand-washing pastes or brushes even in cases of heavy soiling, and to use only lukewarm water. After thoroughly drying, massage the hand cream in as directed. For all Hans Karrer MicroSilver products, your doctor will determine the individual treatment regimen when using them as part of therapy. Despite careful manufacturing, small microsilver agglomerates may occasionally occur; however, these are harmless and disperse immediately upon application.
