The silicon contained in our Gel is a SILANOL (ALGISIUM C®) which, through a patented process, stabilizes and optimizes the skin bioavailability of silicon. In the form of monomethylsilanetriol, this silicon is an active ingredient of choice for a large number of applications.

Organic silicon is a structural component of connective tissue. In the skin, it acts as a dermal cement and participates in the intimate structure of the extracellular matrix, maintaining the skin's architecture. The concentration of Silicium in the skin naturally decreases with age. As a result, the skin loses a structuring element, becoming destructured, looser and less elastic.

Numerous studies conducted with ALGISIUM C® have shown that it stimulates the metabolic functions of the skin, allowing in particular

• optimized skin regeneration
• protection from radicals
• protection from glycation of the skin's support fibers
• the control of skin inflammation
• the optimization of epidermal-dermal cooperation.

In a skin repair or anti-aging approach, it is therefore essential to compensate for this loss of organic Silicium. Our Gel therefore provides a source of bioavailable silicon that can be used directly by the skin to counteract its degradation.

The high silicon content of our gel has a soothing, hydrating, anti-aging, anti-stretch mark and firming effect, enhanced by the extracts of 3 plants known for their skin regenerating properties (aloe vera, calendula officinalis and gotu kola).

This Gel can also be used as a base for massages, mixed with essential oils.
