Persen Goodnight contains melatonin which helps to shorten the time needed to fall asleep.

List of ingredients:

Ingredients: flesh-colored poppy (Passiflora incarnata L.), gamma-amino butyric acid (GABA), stabilizer; hydroxypropylcellulose, dry extract of California poppy herb (Escholtzia californica Cham.), nicotinamide (niacin), anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, stabilizer: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, potato starch, stabilizer: magnesium salts of fatty acids, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6); melatonin, stabilizer: fatty acids.

Quantities of ingredients:

1 capsule contains:

1 mg melatonin,

100 mg GABA,

100 mg valerian extract,

100 mg passionflower extract,

50 mg California poppy extract,

16 mg vitamin B3,

1.4 mg vitamin B6.

Suggested dosage:

1 tablet daily, 30 minutes before bedtime.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of the product.

Contraindications:

Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.

Storage conditions:

Store out of reach of small children, at a temperature of 15-25°C.

Protect from light.
