It also contains Lactobacillus acidophilus, which is found in the small intestine. This supplement helps maintain normal digestive processes and supports the body's ability to properly synthesize nutrients. Probiotics are living organisms that have beneficial effects by balancing the intestinal microbiota. This creates an unfavorable environment for the growth of pathogenic bacteria that disrupt normal function. Another ingredient in this supplement is short-chain fructooligosaccharide (SCF), a prebiotic that promotes the regeneration of beneficial microorganisms in the intestine.
