S. Martino Wild Berries Panna Cotta is a refined Italian dessert, appreciated for its smooth and creamy texture, easy to prepare with the mix included in the package. Ideal for family meals, special occasions or moments of indulgence, this panna cotta can be served with fresh fruit for extra flavor and freshness. The product is gluten-free, does not contain animal gelatin and allows the preparation of up to 6 servings of an elegant and tasty dessert.

Consumption method:

To prepare, pour the contents of the sachet into a saucepan and gradually add 250 ml of liquid cream and 250 ml of whole milk, stirring continuously to obtain a homogeneous composition. For a richer taste and creamier texture, you can replace the milk with another 250 ml of liquid cream.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then let it simmer for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour the cream into a large mold or 6 individual molds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Before serving, decorate the dessert with the berry topping included in the package and store the prepared product in the refrigerator.
