Soaking time: 1 night
Germination time: 8 - 10 days. Recommended germinator: tiered germinator, following the instructions provided with the germinator. Sprouted sunflower seeds are ideal to be added to appetizers, salads or soups, in omelets, waffles, pancakes or pesto sauces to replace pine nuts.

It is recommended to consume the sprouted seeds as fresh as possible. If you don't eat them right away, keep them in the fridge for a few days, preferably in a closed container with cling film.
