daily portion (1/2 shot - 40ml) contains:

- beta-alanine 2500mg,

- phenylalanine + tyrosine 500 mg,

- caffeine 200mg,

- niacin (vitamin B3) 16mg (100%)*,

- vitamin B6 2.1mg (150%)*,

- vitamin B12 5mcg (200%)*.

Suggested dosage:

1/2 shot a (40ml) daily
