Instructions for use:

Pour 5 g of Chi-Cafe free (approx. 2 teaspoons) into a cup and then pour approx. 125 ml of hot water. If necessary, sweeten or add about 30 ml of milk or plant milk. To get the full flavor, mix with a frother. Maintain a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
