For care baths.
Use
Pour 2 liters of lukewarm water over 3-5 tablespoons of the rhizome and steep for an hour. Then bring to a boil and simmer, covered, for 5 minutes. Let steep for 15 minutes and strain into a bathtub filled 1/3 with water at approximately 37°C. Soak for 15-20 minutes.
