Infisport Complex 4:1 Recovery is a dietary supplement that combines high-glycemic carbohydrates with hydrolyzed protein, vitamins, and minerals. It is designed for consumption after intense and prolonged exercise. It contains no added sugars. The protein helps maintain and increase muscle mass, as well as support bone health. It aids in recovery after exercise and sports. Magnesium, vitamins C, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, and B12 help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Copper, zinc, vitamins C, E, and B12 contribute to protecting cells from oxidative damage caused by free radicals. It is gluten-free and low in lactose.

It is suitable for athletes who perform intense exercise and long-duration sports, or for those who wish to increase their energy and muscle mass.

If used as a supplement, it is recommended to take it twice a day, at breakfast and as an afternoon snack. Dissolve three scoops in 200 ml of water. If taken during prolonged exercise, dissolve four to six scoops in 300 ml of water. It is advisable to alternate with small sips of water. For recovery, dissolve four to six scoops in 300 ml of water and drink within 30 minutes of finishing exercise.
