Use

Fill the tub with warm water at 35-39°C (95-100°F). Add 3-4 pipettes of bath oil. Swirl the oil with your hand to evenly distribute the oil on the surface of the water. Soak in the bath and relax for 20-30 minutes, allowing the oils to penetrate your skin. After bathing, gently pat your skin dry with a towel to lock in moisture.
