Children over 5 years: 1 capsule 3 times a day after the main meals or as recommended by the specialist.
Adults: 1-2 soft capsules 3 times a day after main meals.
To induce a peaceful sleep: 2 soft capsules half an hour before going to bed.

Per capsule (700 mg): 500.00 mg macerated Levantica (Lavandula officinalis) oil, gelatin, glycerin and purified water.
