- coenzyme Q10 can contribute to the production of energy necessary for the normal development of biochemical processes in body cells (it is involved in all energy-producing processes and in the storage of energy in cells);
- magnesium can contribute to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion, to the normal functioning of the nervous system, to the maintenance of mental health;
- Nardostachys jatamansia extract helps to maintain the balance of the nervous system, blood pressure and regular heartbeat;
- the extract of Spilcuță/Tanacetum parthenium can contribute to supporting relaxation, preserving physical and mental well-being;
- vitamin D can contribute to the normal absorption/use of calcium and phosphorus, to the normal functioning of the immune system, to the process of cell division.

Mode of administration:
Oral - 1 sachet per day, dissolved in a sufficient amount of liquid. Product recommended for adults.
