The Mrs. Teresa Universal Velcro Abdominal Belt is a medical device intended to be used to support the abdominal muscles. It is 30 cm wide and fastens with velcro. It is made of skin-friendly materials and contains cotton. Thanks to the adjustable clip, it can be precisely adjusted to the body.
The belt can be used repeatedly. It is suitable for use after abdominal surgery, when it not only facilitates movement and lifting, but also reduces the risk of incisional hernia. Used in case of existing abdominal hernias, e.g. umbilical hernias, postoperative, prevents their enlargement, and in degenerative and inflammatory diseases of the joints, it helps relieve pain and protects them. It can also be used as an adjuvant in the treatment of sciatica. It strengthens the abdominal muscles and prevents the abdominal viscera from sagging.
