The product Omega 3-6-9 1000 mg Fatty acids is a food supplement in the form of soft capsules that contains a mixture of 5 vegetable oils, including: linseed oil, rapeseed oil, evening primrose oil and pumpkin seeds. All oils are cold pressed, which ensures their high quality. The product contains Omega 3-6-9 unsaturated fatty acids in carefully selected proportions.

What does omega 3-6-9 acid complex contain?

Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), an omega-3 fatty acid, comes from flaxseed oil and canola oil. Linolenic acid (LA) and gamma-linoleic acid (GLA) are omega-6 acids and are obtained from evening primrose oil and blackcurrant oil. Omega-9 fatty acids include oleic acid, which comes from flaxseed oil and canola oil.
