Use

After cleansing, apply toner to a cotton pad or directly to your hands, then gently pat into your face and neck. One layer acts as a toner, while applying several layers provides an intensely moisturizing effect comparable to a serum. Use morning and evening before applying serum or cream. The product does not require rinsing.
