• Palms facing up, place the wrist strap parallel to your heart.
• Palms up, keep the intake tube and arteries parallel.
• Wrap the wrist strap tightly around your hand in the opposite direction.
• Hold the wrist strap parallel to your heart, palms facing up.
• Press the on/off button, stay relaxed and start the measurement.
• Blood pressure, pulse are displayed in about 40 seconds.
