Description
Aqua-Gel is a sterile dressing with hydrogel for dressing wounds with moderate exudate, covered with necrosis or in the epithelization phase. Aqua-Gel creates a moist environment supporting the natural processes of autolytic wound cleansing and accelerating the multiplication of new growth cells. The dressing adheres well to the wound, but does not stick to it, making the change painless for the patient. It absorbs the exudate from the wound, retaining it together with the microorganisms inside its structure. The dressing is flexible and easy to shape, so it adheres well even in anatomically difficult-to-access places (face, joint area).
