For carefree enjoyment of milk and dairy products

The enzyme lactase contained in the capsules breaks down lactose, thus taking over the function of the body's own lactase, which is lacking in cases of lactose intolerance. Lactrase capsules therefore allow for the symptom-free enjoyment of milk and dairy products.

This also ensures the body receives the essential nutrients, minerals, and vitamins contained in milk. These include, in particular, protein, calcium, vitamin A, and vitamin D.

The lactase enzyme contained in Lactrase is not of animal origin. It is produced using the microorganism Aspergillus oryzae, which has been used for decades in the production of food enzymes.

You should individually test how much Lactrase is sufficient for you. This depends in particular on your body's own lactase production and the amount of lactose contained in the meal.

Application:

Generally, 12,000 FCC units of lactase (one capsule) allow the consumption of approximately 10–25 g of lactose. The capsules should be taken immediately before or with lactose-containing foods or drinks. Alternatively, you can open the capsules and add the contents to foods or drinks heated to up to 50°C. This is particularly suitable when used by children. The capsules are easy to open. Simply squeeze the capsule gently and simultaneously pull the two halves apart.
