The Microlife gray cuff is designed for Microlife A Series blood pressure monitors, such as the A1 Basic, A2 Basic, and A3L PC.

It is soft, easily adapts to the arm, and ensures comfort during measurement.

It is secured with strong Velcro.

It has a metal buckle and imprints that help ensure proper fit.

It is latex-free.

It is made of highly durable materials. Furthermore, its design allows for the inflation insert to be removed, so the cuff lining can be hand washed at up to 30°C.

The M-L size is universal and fits most adults: it fits an arm with a circumference of 22-42 cm.

The cuff features a gray and yellow mounting plug (connector), allowing it to be used with automatic blood pressure monitors with a yellow connection socket in the cuff, such as the Microlife A-series blood pressure monitors: A1 Basic, A2 Basic, and A3L PC.

A second plug (black) is also included in the package, suitable for blood pressure monitors without a yellow connection socket in the cuff and for semi-automatic blood pressure monitors (with a light bulb).

How to use:

• Before taking a measurement, avoid excessive activity, eating, and smoking
• Sit down and relax for 5 minutes before taking a measurement
• Remove any clothing that could pinch your shoulder
• Do not roll up your sleeves, as they may pinch your arm. Straightened sleeves do not affect the cuff's function
• Attach the cuff to the blood pressure monitor
• Fasten the cuff to your arm, 2 cm above the elbow
• Make sure it is not too tight. The artery marking on the cuff (3 cm strip) should be positioned over the artery inside the elbow joint
• Make sure the cuff is at heart level
• Always take the measurement on the same arm (usually the left)
• During the measurement, support your arm while taking the measurement.

Cleaning the Cuff:

• If dirty, carefully remove stains from the cuff with soapy water and a damp cloth
• Before washing, disconnect the cuff end from the tubing and carefully pull the bladder through the opening on the cuff edge
• Wash the cuff cover by hand in a soapy solution at a temperature no higher than 30°C
• Dry the cuff cover completely
• Reinsert the tubing through the hole and carefully place the bladder flat into the cuff cover
• Make sure the bladder is straight in the cuff cover and cannot be kinked
• Reinsert the cuff connector into the tubing
• Do not use fabric softener after washing
• The cuff should not be washed in a washing machine or dishwasher
• Do not tumble dry
• Do not wash the inflatable inner part under any circumstances.

Warranty:

• 2-year warranty on balloon tightness
• The cuff cover and casing are not covered by the warranty due to wear and tear
• The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, failure to follow the instructions for use, or accidental damage.

Warnings:

• Do not fasten the cuff over thick clothing
• Blood pressure may differ between the left and right arms, and therefore the blood pressure readings may also differ
• It is recommended to always take measurements on the same arm
• If the readings for both arms are significantly different, consult your doctor to select the arm for measurement
• The cuffs are very delicate and must be handled with care
