Recommended daily intake

Adults: Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1 tablespoon (approx. 1.5 g). Cover and let steep for 30 minutes. Strain. Drink 1 cup of the infusion twice daily.
An infusion obtained from 2 tablespoons of the product (approx. 3 g of the product) constitutes a daily portion.
