Bulking agent: Mannitol (E421); Gelatin, Chondroitin sulfate, Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), Vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, modified starch, maltodextrin, silicon dioxide (E551)) tit. 50%, Copper sulfate. Anti-caking agents: Magnesium salts of fatty acids (E470b); Collagen type II. Colorant: Titanium dioxide (E171).

How to use
1 capsule per day, preferably in the morning.
