Fitofibromstop herbal tea recipe maintains the health of the female genital system, especially the uterus, recommended in case of uterine fibroids and ovarian cysts.

Composition:
Watercress (Alchemilla vulgaris), Abram's wood (Vitex agnus castus), Candlestick (Verbascum phlomoides), Shepherd's wort (Capsella bursa pastoris), White dead nettle (Lamium album).

Actions:
Lymphatic unblocker, hemostatic, uterotonic, vasoconstrictor, anti-inflammatory, astringent.

Indications:
It is recommended as an adjuvant in: uterine fibroids, ovarian cysts, menstrual disorders (menstrual pain, menorrhagia, dysmenorrhoea), capillary fragility, uterine cancer.

Contraindications:
Allergy to any of the product components.

Administration method:
- macerated cold: macerate for 6-8 hours (from evening to morning), 3-4 spoons of the herbal mixture, in a liter of plain water. Strain and drink 3-4 cups of maceration in the course of a day, before the meal.
- infusion: 3-4 spoons of the herbal mixture per 1 liter of boiling water, keep for 15 min. at room temperature, then strain and drink. One cup of infusion is administered 3 times/day.
- plant powder: finely grind the mixture of plants with the help of an electric grinder. It is administered sublingually for 15 minutes, 3-4 times a day, approximately one teaspoon of the obtained powder, then swallowed with water.

The therapeutic efficiency increases if the maceration, infusion or plant powder is administered on an empty stomach.
