Use

Simply pour in the required amount of nutritional supplement, protein powder, creatine powder or pre-workout. Then add water, milk, juice or fruit juice, close hermetically and mix until the powder dissolves.

Thanks to the sieve inside, the powder dissolves quickly and after a few seconds you can consume your favorite drink. Suitable for drinks from -20 to 90°C. After use, just rinse with warm water and let dry. Not dishwasher safe.
