How to brush your face?
Wash your skin and balance its pH, for example, with a hydrolate. Pat your skin dry with a towel. Use gentle, sweeping motions, working from the center of your face outward, working from the bottom up. The motions can be straight or circular. Brush your neck from the center of your chin, outward along your jawline, and under your ears, downward toward your collarbone. Don't rub in one spot, and don't press the brush down. Be careful around the eyes to avoid getting bristles in your eye.

How often should you brush your face?
Brush your skin no more than three times a week. For sensitive skin, brush once a week. Brushing isn't a typical exfoliation, but it partially serves that purpose. It's not a typical facial massage.

How long should you brush your face?
Brushing your entire face should take about 1-2 minutes. Consistency is key to effective results.

The brush is also suitable for massaging the neck, décolleté and bust.

Pregnancy :
You can brush your face while pregnant.

Contraindications :
Open wounds, active acne, severe skin irritations. Do not brush protruding moles.
In the case of skin after plastic surgery, always follow the recommendations of the doctor who performed the procedure/surgery.

Brush hygiene:
The brush is designed for dry use. To disinfect, spray the bristles with octanisept or rubbing alcohol and shake them after each use. You can wash the bristles with shampoo, but don't wet the brush body. Place the brush bristles down to dry. The brush is a personal hygiene item. It should be used by only one person and replaced every six months.
