In contact with the bladder, the hydrocolloid mass forms a gel which promotes the healing of the bladder by creating a dermo-constitutive moist environment that protects the wounds.
They are water resistant, flexible and create a sensitive skin effect to protect the sensitive area from friction and pressure exerted by the feet.
