Ingredients:

Each capsule contains: standardized extract of Senna 480mg; capsule: vegetable cellulose.

Mode of administration:

Adults: 1 capsule per day with an adequate amount of water, preferably in the evening, before going to bed - the laxative effect sets in 8-10 hours after ingestion.
If you exceed the recommended dose, Senna can cause stomach pain and diarrhea.
