Just Whey is a multi-component whey protein that provides up to 75% concentrated, isolated and hydrolyzed whey protein. Besides tasting great, it's also low in carbs and fat. In addition, the recipe uses real Dutch cocoa, stevia and sucralose to sweeten, depending on the flavor. The pleasant smell of the protein was ensured by natural flavors and natural dyes gave it color.

Thanks to the different types of whey protein, Just Whey protein boasts a whole spectrum of amino acids that cover different absorption rates - from the fastest absorbing proteins to the slowest. It has a high content of amino acids, such as leucine, isoleucine and valine, which support the growth of muscle mass and its regeneration even after intense training.

Use

It has a high biological value and is rich in vitamins and minerals, such as vitamin B6, E, zinc, magnesium, calcium, potassium, phosphorus and sodium. It also contains digestive enzymes - Bromelain and DigeZyme®. Bromelain enzyme is obtained from pineapple and contributes to the breakdown of proteins, has anti-inflammatory effects, supports proper digestion and weight loss. DigeZyme® is a complex of 5 digestive enzymes - amylase, protease, lactase, lipase and cellulase, which supports healthy digestion, absorption of nutrients and minerals from food. This enzyme supports the digestion of milk and lactose, proteins, fats, starch, foods rich in fiber and eliminates the unpleasant symptoms of various food intolerances.

Dosage

Mix 1 scoop (30g) of protein in 200-250ml of water and consume.
