Ham Pasta Gratin Instructions for 2 servings:
Place the pasta (gluten-free) in a greased pan.
Cut the ham into cubes and distribute evenly over the pasta.
Mix the contents of the sachet in 400 ml of cold water and 100 ml of cream.
Bring the mixture to a boil, stir, and let it boil for 1 minute.
Add the sauce over the pasta and ham in the pan and spread evenly.
Sprinkle cheese on top and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (gas level 3 or fan oven: 175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden.

Vegetarian Broccoli Instructions for 2 Servings:
Blanch fresh broccoli for 2 minutes or thaw frozen broccoli.
Spread the broccoli evenly in a greased pan.
Mix the contents of the sachet in 250ml of cold water, bring the mixture to the boil and let it boil for 1 minute.
Spread the sauce evenly in the pan and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (gas level 3 or 175°C fan oven) for 15-20 minutes until golden.
