Gives instant extra volume to the nails, for a semi-permanent varnish-like appearance, while offering protection and a shiny finish. Nails instantly look thicker and stronger with this volumizing formula, which offers long-lasting durability and shine.

Use:

Start with clean and dry nails. Apply an OPI base coat, followed by two coats of Nail Lacquer. Then apply a top layer of Opi Plumping Volumizing Top Coat.
