Instructions for use:

Apply liberally to the skin before sunbathing. Applying less than the recommended amount significantly reduces the specified protection. General rule for dosing sunscreen products: at least 1 teaspoon (6 ml) for the face, at least 3 tablespoons (about 40 ml) for the body. Apply repeatedly during sun exposure, especially in case of perspiration, after bathing and wiping the skin.
