Composition:
Chamomile flowers (Chamomillae flos)
Method of preparation:
Internal use - infusion from 1 sachet; External use – infusion of 2-4 sachets. Put in 200 ml of boiling water, cover and leave for 5-10 minutes.
Administration method:
Internal use – 2-3 cups a day. External use – compresses, local baths.
