Dietary supplement Rodzina Zdrowia D3 Optima drops contains 400 IU of vitamin D (cholecalciferol) based on vegetable oil in one press of the dosing pump.

It is recommended to start vitamin D supplementation from the first days of infants' life, starting with 400 IU of vitamin D per day. In the period from September to April or throughout the year, if adequate skin synthesis is not ensured (due to the use of creams with a UV filter, covering the skin with clothes, etc.), supplementation is recommended in the amount of 600-1000 IU per day in healthy children and 800-2000 IU in adolescents and adults.

Vitamin D helps with:

- proper functioning of the immune system,

- maintaining healthy bones and teeth,

- proper functioning of muscles,

- maintaining proper calcium levels in the blood,

- proper absorption of calcium and phosphorus.

Vitamin D is needed for proper growth and development of bones in children.

Suggested dosage:

Children: 1 - 2 dosing pumps per day.

Adolescents and adults: 2 - 5 dosing pumps per day.

Contraindications:

Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the product ingredients.
