Preparation instructions :
Heat the milk and when it becomes hot, add 2 tablespoons (approx. 50g) to 150ml of milk. Stir over low heat until it boils. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly before serving. It can be kept in the fridge and reheated anytime, even the next day for breakfast for example.

Store in a cool, dry, odorless place.
