Lorekt

A medical device in the form of a spray with antiseptic and antimicrobial properties. This natural product is obtained by oxidizing fatty acids using an isotonic sodium hypochlorite solution. It contains low chlorine levels, does not irritate mucous membranes, does not dry out the skin, and does not cause allergies. The product demonstrates high activity against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, fungi, yeasts, viruses, and anaerobic bacteria. It effectively removes biofilm, neutralizes toxins, promotes tissue healing, and eliminates unpleasant odors. Lorekt accelerates the regeneration of damaged tissues, supports the repair processes of the skin and mucous membranes, and minimizes the risk of infection.

Sodium hypochlorite, purified water, fatty acid oxidation products (mixture of carboxylic compounds).

Product purpose

Product to be used:

• in the oral cavity, nasopharynx, paranasal sinuses, pharynx, larynx (including angina), tonsils, bronchi, external ear cavities;
• in case of inflammation, infections and damage to the skin, mucous membranes and purulent wounds;
• in the prevention and treatment of fungal and bacterial infections of the skin and nails;
• in case of allergic diseases of the skin and mucous membranes.

The product can also be used in dental and ENT offices for oral hygiene, tissue care for implants, treatment of gingivitis, periodontitis, and for the prevention and treatment of complications following oral surgery. It can also be used as an adjunct in the treatment of upper respiratory tract conditions and as an adjunct in the prevention of viral and bacterial infections.

Product use

When applied to the nasal cavities:
Adults: spray 3-4 times in each nostril, 3-4 times daily.
Children: spray 1-2 times in each nostril, 3-4 times a day.

When applied to the oral cavity:
Adults: spray 3-4 times into the mouth, 3-4 times a day.
Children: spray 1-2 times into the mouth, 3-4 times a day.

How to use a medical device

When applied to the nasal cavities:

Before administering Lorekt spray, it is recommended to clear the nasal cavities of secretions.
For the nasal spray kit:
Place the nasal spray tip with a removable protective cap on the spray.
For the spray set with a universal nose tip:
Place the spray nozzle with the opening facing up. After use, turn the nozzle back to its original position: with the opening facing to the side.
Perform an allergy test: press the spray into the air three times, then spray once into each nostril.

When applied to the oral cavity:

For the mouth spray kit:
Place the mouthpiece on the spray.
For the set with a spray with a universal tip:
Place the spray nozzle with the opening facing to the side. After use, turn the nozzle back to its original position: opening facing up.
Perform an allergy test: press the spray into the air three times and then spray once into the mouth.

Contraindications and precautions

Before use, please read the instructions for use or the label.
Do not use if you are allergic to any of the product's ingredients. If you experience any disturbing symptoms or adverse reactions, discontinue use and consult your doctor.
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not use if the packaging has been previously opened or damaged.
Store in a dry place, protected from light, at a temperature between 2°C and 25°C.
