Ingredients:
Magnesium oxide, microcrystalline cellulose and croscarmellose sodium (bulking agents), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent), cellulose powder (bulking agent), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (glazing agent), hydrogenated palm oil, talc (anti-caking agent), titanium dioxide (colorant), calcium salts of fatty acids (anti-caking agent), shellac (glazing agent), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (emulsifier), thiamine nitrate (vitamin B1), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), olive oil, polysorbate 80 (emulsifier), pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid).
How to use:
- 1/2 - 1 tablet per day
- During periods of regular physical exercise (e.g. work and sports) the need for magnesium increases
- In case of an unbalanced diet or low magnesium content, it is recommended to supplement with 1 tablet per day.
Precautions:
- Not recommended for children and adolescents
- Daily consumption of more than 250 mg of magnesium may have a laxative effect.
