Indications:
Mentalplus is a special combination of plant extracts: Siberian ginseng, ginkgo biloba, griffonia simplicifolia, enhanced with minerals (magnesium, zinc). The perfect balance between these elements recommends the product during periods of intense physical effort and mental activity. Siberian ginseng extract (eleuterococcus senticosus): the root is rich in active principles, among which the most important are glycosides. FDA studies indicate Siberian ginseng extract as tonic and invigorating in case of: physical and mental exhaustion, fatigue, decreased work capacity and concentration, in convalescence because it has immunostimulating effects. Ginkgo biloba extract: the leaves contain biflavones, tannins, mineral salts.
The therapeutic properties refer to the neuroprotective action in circulatory deficiencies, especially in cerebral and peripheral insufficiency. The WHO recommends that ginkgo supplements should not be missing from the maintenance diet of people aged ii and iii. Method of administration:
Adults: 1 x 3 capsules/day, before meals, for at least 3 months children over 12 years: 1 capsule/day, before meals, for at least 3 months

Precautions:

Do not exceed the recommended dose for daily consumption. Food supplements should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Due to the fact that it contains Siberian ginseng, mentalplus is contraindicated for hypertensives. Combining the product with antidiabetic and anticoagulant drugs is prohibited. Mentalplus may interact with digoxin. We also recommend specialist consultation before self-administering any herbal preparations. No other side effects were observed.
