Use:

• Recommended dose: usually 2-4 capsules per day divided into 2 doses in the morning and evening, before meals, to be taken with a sufficient amount of water
• It is recommended to start with a lower dose and, if necessary, increase it gradually, take it continuously for at least 3 months, followed by a break of 14 days.
• Recommended duration of treatment: continuous minimum 3 months

Not suitable for children, pregnant and lactating women. It is not intended to replace a varied diet. Not recommended for use in prostate cancer or in combination with preparations containing testosterone.
