Ingredients: see package insert

Recommended intake: Take one serving (11 g powder – 2 level scoops) once daily with plenty of liquid. We recommend drinking at least 2 liters of water per day in addition.

Preparation: Add 1 serving (11 g powder – 2 level scoops) and 150 ml of cold water or juice to a shaker with a strainer and shake for 10 seconds. A slight foaming is normal.

Energy value when prepared with water: 107 kJ / 26 kcal per 100 ml of ready-to-drink beverage.
