Vitamin B6 is a vital factor for the utilization of L-cysteine. It allows the incorporation of L-cysteine ​​into the areas where keratin is formed. A balanced diet between L-cysteine ​​and vitamin B6 is necessary, as a lack of B6 leads to a decrease in the incorporation of L-cysteine ​​into hair and nails.

Arginine is an amino acid found in high concentrations in active hair follicles. It works synergistically with L-cysteine, complementing its effects.

Zinc is also necessary for the formation of keratin. In addition, it inhibits an enzyme responsible for hair loss. Its action is given with a much greater potential than the presence of vitamin B6.

Dosage
